Classes are from Prelim to a combined Intermediare II and Grand Prix class.
Prelim to Advanced Medium classes are open to any rider who has competed two or less horses at any level in BD competitions since 1st December 2019 and who has not competed at a CDI since 1st January 2015.
PSG, Intermediare I and the combined Intermediare II and Grand Prix classes are open to riders who have competed any number of horses in BD competitions from Prelim to Advanced Medium but who have only competed a maximum of 2 horses at PSG or higher levels in BD or FEI competitions since 1st December 2019 and who has not competed at a CDI since 1st January 2015.
All combinations must also achieve qualifying scores as described on the qualifications page. All combinations entered for The Divine Equestrian Midway Championships will be required to complete the relevant tests on both days. Combinations may enter more than one level provided they have achieved the qualifying scores.
In the event of oversubscription, entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The Organiser reserves the right to either close classes prior to the closing date in the event of oversubscription, or to split the class. In the event of oversubscribed classes that are split, the final placing will be determined by a ride off. In this event the top 5 from each section will go through to the ride off and it will be the combined total good marks expressed as percentage of all 3 tests that will determine the final placings. Rosettes will be given for 1st—10th in each section, but the championship’s rosettes and prize money will only be awarded to those in the ride off.
Please check the Eligibility and Qualifications page for additional rules, especially if you have competed at Pet Plan Area Festival Finals or Winter Championships or National Championships.
