Entry Information

Entry Information is available as below

Entry per horse and rider combination Fee
The Midway Championship - Day One and Day Two per class £70.00
The Midway Championship - Stabling for duration of Show - Thu and Fri £70.00
Midway Music Championship - only open to combinations entered in the Midway Championships, this includes an entry into the affiliated BD Music classes, - a single test will count for both classes £45.00
British Dressage Music Qualifier Only per class £30.00
Stabling for one night only - Thursday night or Friday per horse £35.00
Day Stabling per stable per day. £35.00
Stabling for Saturday night may be booked through Hartpury NA
Hook up for the duration of the show - Thursday to Saturday evening £55.00

Dress Code

Tweed, Blue or Black jackets or Uniforms must be worn with headgear in accordance with British Dressage rules. Waistcoats may be worn if the weather is hot.


On site stabling is available at £35.00 per night for Thursday and Friday. Day stabling is available at £35.00 per box per day. Anyone requiring a stable for Saturday 24th August for the Pet Plan Area Festival First Round will need to book this with their entry to the Pet Plan Area Festival First Round. It will not be available through the Midway Championships. If you are booking for Saturday 24th August then please let Hartpury know that you will have already been allocated a stable for the previous night.

If you are bringing a stallion please advise us in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your horse. All stabling must be pre booked and paid for with entry.

Stables will be open from 5pm on Thursday 22nd August 2019. One arena will be available for exercise on Thursday 22nd August from 5pm until 8pm

Bedding can be purchased on site at £8.50. Competitors may bring their own bedding but this must be shavings based only. Paper cannot be used.


It is a Hartpury College requirement that any horse entering the stables must be fully vaccinated and produce an up to date passport on arrival. The full course or booster must have been administered by 16th August 2019. Any horse with an injection dated after this will not be admitted to the stables. There is no requirement for horses to have a 6 month booster in accordance with the current British Dressage rules, but it is recommended.

Hook Up

Electric Hook up in the lorry park night is available at £55.00 for the duration of the show, from Thursday evening until Saturday evening. Please book stables and hook up with entry where possible.


Single en-suite accommodation including bed linen, towels and a breakfast voucher is available at Hartpury. Bookings can be made directly with Hartpury.

Refund Policy

Refund of entry fees (less an administration fee) will only be made up until 5th August 2019. Withdrawals made after the closing date, that can be replaced from a wait list will receive a refund of 50% (less an administration fee) up until Thursday 15th August 2019. After this date there will be no refunds even on production of a veterinary certificate and even if the entry can be replaced from a waitlist. Horses may not be substituted in any event. Refunds (less an administration fee) of any extras such as stables, hookups, accomodation, etc will only be made up until 4pm on Friday 16th August.
