Entries close on 5th August 2024. Late entries may be accepted if there is room, but will incur an additional late entry fee of £15 per class. The Organiser reserves the right to close classes prior to the closing date if they are full.

On site stabling is available for Thursday and Friday. Friday night stables are available from 4pm to 4pm on the following day. If you wish to have your stable earlier, you should either book the full 2 night stable package or add a day stable. Anyone booking the full stable package for 2 nights can have their stable from 4.30pm on Thursday until the end of the show. Day stabling is also available. It is possible to book a stable for Saturday night to stay over after the end of the show. Please DO NOT arrive early as there we will not be able to let you in, as there is another show running on Thursday 22nd August.
Additional bedding can be purchased on site at a surcharge of £2.00. Competitors may bring their own bedding but this must be shavings based only. Paper cannot be used. Stable prices, except day stables and Saturday night include 1 bale of shavings.
If you are bringing a stallion please advise us in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your horse. All stabling must be pre booked and paid for with entry.
Stables will be open from 4.30pm on Thursday 22nd August 2024. One arena will be available for exercise on Thursday 22nd August from 5pm until 8pm

It is a Hartpury College requirement that any horse entering the stables must be fully vaccinated and produce an up to date passport on arrival. The full course or booster must have been administered by 15th August 2024. Any horse with an injection dated after this will not be admitted to the stables, and will not be able to compete. All vaccination requirements are in accordance with British Dressage Rule 10. It is recommended, but not mandatory, that horses have a booster injection within in the last 6 months in accordance with the current British Dressage recommendation rule 10.
Electric Hook up in the lorry park night is available for the duration of the show, from Thursday evening until Saturday evening. Please book stables and hook up with entry where possible.

If you retire from a test on Day One, or are Eliminated from a test on Day One, then you may compete on Day Two unless you have been eliminated on the grounds of Horse Welfare e.g. lameness, in which case you will require confirmation from a vet that your horse is fit to compete on the following day. There will not be a vet on site for the duration of the competition.
Refund of entry fees (less an administration fee) will only be made up until the closing date. Withdrawals made after the closing date, that can be replaced from a wait list, will receive a refund of 50% (less an administration fee) up until Thursday 15th August 2024. After this date there will be no refunds for any reason even on production of a veterinary certificate or a doctor's note and even if the entry can be replaced from a waitlist. Horses may not be substituted in any event. Refunds (less an administration fee) of any extras such as stables, hookups, accomodation, etc will only be made up until 4pm on Thursday 15th August.
